I bought a Sager 5680 from this company almost 3 years ago now. I've had a couple questions over the years, and have always received prompt replys from Donald and his staff. Recently, I broke the latch that holds the screen shut - so I sent an email to inqure how to buy a replacement. Less than 6 hours later, I have the sager company emailing me to ask for my shipping address. Every try replacement parts for a Dell or Gateway three years later?

| Thank you for your kind words. We aim to please. I like to think the customer service we provide is what sets us apart from our competition. It makes me personally upset to hear of people paying thousands for a laptop only to get the run around and no sympathy when they try to report it has failed through no fault of their own. |
